Pita salad with beans and feta

Ingredients

2 pitas
3 cups cooked black beans, rinsed
2 cup canned corn, rinsed
1 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4-6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup red pepper, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

On a baking sheet, toast pita halves until golden; break into pieces. Mix pita pieces with the rest of ingredients and toss lightly.
